Mother's Day Basque Cheesecake

Mother's Day Special Basque Cheesecake - topped with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and edible flowers on a bed of chantilly cream. 

Our Basque cheesecake is a crustless, caramelised cheesecake with a beautifully burnt top and a rich, custardy interior. Baked at high heat, it has a deep golden colour, a lightly caramelised flavour, and a melt-in-your-mouth creaminess.

Only available for pick-up on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May.
